Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
As all items are made-to-order, this processing time is required to ensure quality production before dispatch.
Please note:
- Processing times do not include shipping time
- Delays may occur during high-demand periods, product drops, or holidays
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery time is:
- 7–15 business days (standard shipping)
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as courier delays, peak periods, or logistics disruptions.
International Shipping & Customs
All international orders may experience an additional 3–7 business day delay once the shipment arrives in the destination country.
This is due to customs clearance processes, which are outside of our control and may vary depending on local regulations. Customs processing is a standard procedure and can be a time-consuming step before final delivery.
Pre-Order Items
For pre-order products:
- Production may take up to 4 weeks (1 month) after the standard processing period
- Shipping will begin once production is complete
Customers will be notified via email if there are any extended delays or updates to estimated delivery timeframes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Delays & Responsibility
MARTYR is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs clearance processes
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
