Returns & Refund Policy – MARTYR
All Sales Final
All products sold by MARTYR are made-to-order. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing selection
- Delayed delivery outside of our control
Damaged or Faulty Items
We only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
You must inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
- You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue
How to Report an Issue
To report a damaged or faulty item, contact us at:
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in your claim being declined.
Return Process (If Approved)
If your claim is approved:
- We will provide instructions on how to proceed
- A return may be required before a refund or replacement is issued
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
If your claim is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method only (Shopify transaction)
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval
- Additional processing time may be required by your bank or card provider
Uncollected Orders
Orders not collected from your local post office or delivery point within the carrier’s timeframe will be considered abandoned and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised products
- Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery
